15+ years working at the intersection of interaction design, systems thinking, and product strategy. Currently focused on translating complex technical and robotic behavior into coherent user experience, in environments where the hard problems exist before any screen is drawn.
Comfortable moving between hands-on craft and cross-functional leadership, with a constant focus on making complex systems feel obvious to use. Design work strong enough to repeatedly earn trust beyond design itself, leading product, brand, and business functions at different points. This brings a sharper sense of the constraints, economics, and story behind every design decision. Quick to adopt new tools and processes as the craft shifts, currently applying that to AI-assisted design workflows.
NEURA Robotics builds cognitive humanoid and service robots meant to work alongside people in homes, retail, and industry, sensing, learning, and acting with a degree of autonomy, spanning the 4NE1 humanoid and MiPA household robot, connected through Neuraverse.
Note on titles: started as Solution Architect (UI/UX), a title created to reduce the gap between design and technical teams. The functional title was always Senior UI/UX Designer; responsibilities stayed the same throughout.
KONA SL is the Bangladesh arm of KONA, a global smart card technology provider active in 90+ countries, powering systems behind 30+ local banks and 120 million daily users.
Chaldal is Bangladesh's largest grocery delivery platform, delivering daily essentials within the hour through a dense network of micro-warehouses.
Maya was a digital health platform connecting patients with doctors and health services across Bangladesh.
Deligram was an omnichannel e-commerce platform, serving customers both online and offline.
G&R was Bangladesh's first online advertising platform, built at a time when there was no local playbook for digital advertising.
NEURA's platform for building, simulating, and deploying robot automation: a no-code visual logic builder, real-time digital twins, and live performance dashboards. Led the interface architecture and user flows across these tools, working with internal and external teams.
Bangla's script carries structural demands (conjuncts, matras, spacing) that most rebrand timelines don't account for. Designed a custom typeface for Robi within that constraint; it has remained their identity for over a decade.
Designed a new Bangla key layout and built its Android and iOS apps. It didn't take off, a clear lesson in how much typing habits resist redesign, and one of the most instructive projects overall.
