Resume — Muhammad Nazimuddaula

Muhammad Nazimuddaula

Senior UI/UX Designer · MFA in Graphic Design · UX Architecture, Design Systems, Human-Machine Interaction, AI-Assisted Design Process
Metzingen, Germany· +49 15204651085· nazimuddaula@gmail.com· LinkedIn· Journal

15+ years working at the intersection of interaction design, systems thinking, and product strategy. Currently focused on translating complex technical and robotic behavior into coherent user experience, in environments where the hard problems exist before any screen is drawn.

Comfortable moving between hands-on craft and cross-functional leadership, with a constant focus on making complex systems feel obvious to use. Design work strong enough to repeatedly earn trust beyond design itself, leading product, brand, and business functions at different points. This brings a sharper sense of the constraints, economics, and story behind every design decision. Quick to adopt new tools and processes as the craft shifts, currently applying that to AI-assisted design workflows.

NEURA Robotics builds cognitive humanoid and service robots meant to work alongside people in homes, retail, and industry, sensing, learning, and acting with a degree of autonomy, spanning the 4NE1 humanoid and MiPA household robot, connected through Neuraverse.

Senior UI/UX Designer
Jul 2026 – Present
  • Lead UI/UX design across Neuraverse with a larger team and wider scope, as partners and requirements grow more complex and data-driven.
  • Own the design system at an organizational level, use AI-assisted prototyping to speed up component iteration, and mentor other designers working within it.
  • Continue growing the UI/UX team from the ground up and refine how it collaborates with external partners.
Solution Architect (UI/UX)
Oct 2024 – Jun 2026
  • Learned the intricacies of robotic processes and converted them into an understandable user interface, in a space with few established resources.
  • Sketched the first draft of Neuraverse's digital twin: programming a robot without code, and how developers contribute to the ecosystem.
  • Helped build the UI/UX design team from the ground up and created the initial process for working with external teams.

Note on titles: started as Solution Architect (UI/UX), a title created to reduce the gap between design and technical teams. The functional title was always Senior UI/UX Designer; responsibilities stayed the same throughout.

Projects
Neuraverse · NEURA Robotics, 2025 – Present

NEURA's platform for building, simulating, and deploying robot automation: a no-code visual logic builder, real-time digital twins, and live performance dashboards. Led the interface architecture and user flows across these tools, working with internal and external teams.

Custom Bangla Font Design · Asiatic Talking Point, 2010

Bangla's script carries structural demands (conjuncts, matras, spacing) that most rebrand timelines don't account for. Designed a custom typeface for Robi within that constraint; it has remained their identity for over a decade.

Lekhok, the Bangla Keyboard · Color Talking, 2014

Designed a new Bangla key layout and built its Android and iOS apps. It didn't take off, a clear lesson in how much typing habits resist redesign, and one of the most instructive projects overall.
